Experiment

N and I are experimenting with writing a well-made play. (Shock! Horror! Naturalism! if you like.) Just to see if we can do it. Initially, my thoughts are this: plot writing is tricky and dialogue is exceedingly hard, almost impossible in fact… It’s not something that either of us have ever ‘desired’ to do at any point in the past, but it was a frivolous idea and one worth chucking about before we toss out – in order to learn a few lessons about dramatic structure if nothing else! I’ll let you know how it goes… Ooh hoo. What a hoot!
